There is no evaluation of user behaviour and no forwarding of data for advertising purposes.

Contact via contact form (WPForms)

If you contact us via the contact form, the information you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number and message) will be processed for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract fulfilment) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).

Processing takes place via the WordPress plugin WPForms. Depending on the configuration, the data is transmitted by email and/or temporarily stored in the website database.

There is a contract with the provider of the plugin for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Please do not send any sensitive data, especially detailed health information, via the contact form.

Server log files

The hosting provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits. In particular, this includes the IP address (shortened or pseudonymised, if provided by the hosting provider), browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL and time of the server request.

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. It is not merged with other data sources.

The processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR to ensure technical operation and system security.

The log files are usually deleted automatically after 7 to 14 days, provided that no security-related analysis is required.
